Factoring is an ideal tool for financing working capital

The key difference between factoring financing and traditional lending is that the Bank does not require collateral.

You receive financing in return for the assignment of the right to claim money for the goods delivered by you on the deferred payment terms. The Bank provides financial services in the form of factoring for both the seller and the buyer.

Factoring for a seller

Direct factoring - allows the supplier to increase the volume of shipments to its customers, while receiving payment "immediately":

• Financing up to 100% of the delivery amount
• Obtaining financing for a period equal to or exceeding the deferred payment period
• Additional waiting period for deferred payment

Factoring for a buyer

Reverse factoring - allows the buyer to increase the delay for the purchased product and get a large discount for payment "immediately":

• Financing up to 100% of the delivery amount
• Additional payment deferral for the seller
• Obtaining financing for a period equal to or exceeding the deferred payment period
