Alef-Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), implementing the requirements established by clause 5.6 of article 7 of Federal law No. 115-FZ dated 07.08.2001 "On countering the legalization (laundering) of revenue from crime and the financing of terrorism" (hereinafter referred to as Federal law No. 115-FZ), publishes or updates biometric data of citizens of the Russian Federation in the UBS.

   UBS operator responsibilities in accordance with the decree of the RF Government dated 22.02.2018 No. 293-R are delegated to public joint stock company of long-distance and international electric communication "Rostelecom" with the functions of collection, processing and storage of biometric data and verification of their compliance with previously provided ones by a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Registration of citizens of the Russian Federation in the UBS is performed with their consent on a free basis, to perform registration a citizen of the Russian Federation have to:

• apply to any office of the Bank (the list of offices with addresses and operating hours is given below), providing the original identity document, SNILS, taxpayer identification number, information about the presence/absence of registration on the Government services portal (registration on the Government services portal can be performed in the Bank);
• complete the procedure of obtaining biometric data, including face photography and voice recording;
• sign the consent form for the processing of personal data and other information determined by Federal laws, and also for the processing of biometric personal data in the unified personal data information system that provides collection, processing and storage of biometric personal data, their verification and transfer of information on the degree of their compliance with provided biometric personal data of a citizen (Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.06.2018 No. 1322-R).

Upon implementation of the above-mentioned procedure, the Bank places or updates the identification information of a citizen of the Russian Federation in the UBS, in accordance with the procedure and terms provided for by the current legislation.
