The Bank accepts payments to Internet service providers, telecommunications and other companies through its ATMs..

You can also use our ATMs located in our Moscow offices to pay for the full range of housing and communal services provided in Moscow: housing and communal services under a single payable document, electricity payments, landline telephone services, and long-distance/international communication services.

Making a payment is not more complicated than withdrawing cash from an ATM – just follow the instructions on the screen.

Funds transferred under a brokerage service agreement and a trust management agreement are not subject to insurance in accordance with Federal law No. 177-FZ of December 23, 2003 "On insurance of deposits of individuals in banks of the Russian Federation"

At the Bank's cash desks, as well as at the cash desks of its branches and additional offices, Bank cardholders can refill their special card account, either by issuing a cash receipt order or using their own bank card without issuing that order.

The card refill service can be provided at any additional office or branch of the Bank equipped with a POS terminal, regardless of the place where the card account is maintained, and the card's spending limit will be increased immediately. There is no charge for conducting these operations.
